People disappeared, and it was your job to find them. Whether you worked for the law bringing in criminals, served private clients tracking down debtors and runaways, or hunted down monsters for guild bounties, you developed an expertise in finding those who didn't want to be found. You know how to follow trails both physical and social, how to stake out a location without being noticed, and how to bring your quarry in -- alive if the price is right, otherwise not.
Ability Score Adjustments: +1 Strength or Wisdom, +1 on any other ability

Languages: One of your choice
Equipment: A set of traveler's clothes, a cloak with a hood, a hunting trap, a set of manacles, a bounty poster from your post ("the one that got away"), and a belt pouch containing 15 gp
Feature: Takedown
Once per long rest, when you hit a humanoid creature with a weapon attack (regardless of the weapon used), you can attempt to incapacitate them nonlethally. Instead of dealing damage, the creature must make a Constitution saving throw (DC equals 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Strength or Dexterity modifier, your choice). On a failure, the creature is stunned until the end of your next turn and then incapacitated for 1 minute thereafter. An incapacitated creature can repeat the save at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on a success. This ability only works on humanoids whose size is equal to or less than your own. If a creature's CR or character level is greater than your own, the creature gains advantage on the saving throws against this feature.
